Aykut Başol, Chief Operations Officer of Farplas has been appointed as “TEAM Organization Global Chairman”
Aykut Başol, our Chief Operations Officer, has worked with Farplas for almost 20 years and has held a lot of significant responsibilities.
Since the day he started working at Farplas, Başol has accomplished several accomplishments on a national and global level. He has worked in various managerial roles at the company, including production manager, quality manager, quality director, and lastly chief transformation officer.
Aykut Başol, our Chief Operations Officer, has been appointed as “TEAM Organization Global Chairman” in the TEAM organization that Toyota, one of our OEM clients, has been operating with its suppliers for many years. He also successfully holds the position of “TEAM Organization Turkey Regional Chairman,” which he was appointed to last year and has continued to perform ever since.
He will lead problem-solving, field observations, best-practice sharing, value chain studies, and networking activities as part of the organization’s framework. He will serve in this position for the next three years.
We’d like to congratulate Aykut Başol, the new global president of the TEAM organization, which comprises 50 companies from 4 regions and 8 groups.
