TalentPass is a €3 million Horizon Europe-funded initiative designed to strengthen the innovation ecosystem towards a borderless research, innovation and technology market by addressing the critical need for geographically balanced talent circulation and increased cross-sectorial interoperability. The project aims to significantly enhance talent mobility and expertise development within the circular economy by particularly focusing on researchers, innovators, and other R&I talents from widening countries while building a critical mass of competent researchers with the necessary high-quality knowledge, skills, and tools to drive forward innovation and sustainability.
Through strategic partnerships between academic and non-academic organizations, TalentPass focuses on improving access to excellence by consolidating an interdisciplinary network of highly skilled human resources and enhancing the efficient utilization of complementary research capacities and infrastructure. The 4-year project (2025-2029) brings together 10 consortium partners from 7 countries to bridge the gap between research and application, effectively translating advancements in circular economy into real-world solutions through targeted training and secondment programs that address current and future challenges in the circular economy.
