We are looking for bright-minded, passionate, and committed individuals interested in shaping the future of the automotive industry. <\/p>\n        <p>As a Farplas Graduate, you will get a unique chance to jump-start your career in a high-performing and collaborative culture, meet inspiring colleagues, build a global network, expand your horizon, and develop your skills. <\/p>\n        <p><strong>Farplas Graduate Development Program (GDP) Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n        <div class=\"fac fac-people marg\">\n            <div class=\"cl ca1\">\n                <p>Our 12-month Graduate Development Program (GDP) is designed to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to explore career options while gaining valuable work experience in the automotive, smart transportation systems, and mobility industries. <\/p>\n\n                <p>Adding value from day one, graduates will get a broad introduction to our company from strategy and transformation to manufacturing and technology. In addition, we will provide on-the-job training in technology, commercial sales, production operations, transformation, finance, and human resources. <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"cl ca1\">\n                <p class=\"oval-img animate reverse asymetric bottom\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/gdp-featured-1-a.jpg\" alt=\"Farplas\">\n                <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"gdp-text closer\">\n    <div class=\"pg\">\n        <p><strong>Who should apply<\/strong> <\/p>\n        <ul class=\"red-bullet closer\">\n            <li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in engineering or life sciences<\/li>\n            <li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n            <li>Less than 24 months of professional experience (NOT including internships or summer \/ student jobs).<\/li>\n            <li>Passionate, collaborative, visionary, open-minded and flexible<\/li>\n            <li>Interested in mobility technologies<\/li>\n            <li>Eager to learn<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p><strong>Selection Process<\/strong><br>Video interviews, assessment tests, case study, and presentation before a panel<\/p>\n        <p><strong>While in the program, participants will<\/strong><\/p>\n        <ul class=\"red-bullet closer\">\n            <li>Receive 12 months of training and rotate between creative, enthusiastic, and proactive teams,  <\/li>\n            <li>Complete 300 hours of personal development, leadership, and technical training,<\/li>\n            <li>Develop a deep understanding of Farplas\u2019 products and services,<\/li>\n            <li>Test new technologies in an industrial environment,<\/li>\n            <li>Receive ongoing coaching through mentorships, job shadowing, and on-the-job experience,<\/li>\n            <li>Build relationships through networking,<\/li>\n            <li>Develop your entrepreneurial and innovation skills in our Fark Labs innovation center,<\/li>\n            <li>Get the opportunity to work in Farplas\u2019 global offices and production facilities in Turkiye, Korea, Thailand, France, and Romania, and Gain exposure in the automotive, smart transportation systems, and mobility industries. <\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <div class=\"fac fac-grey-grid\">\n            <div class=\"cl ca1\">\n                <p><strong>Successful completion of the program<\/strong><\/p>\n                <p>After completing the Farplas Graduate Development Program, you will be assigned a job in your preferred field. <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"cl ca1\">\n                <p><strong>Applications for Fall 2022 are now closed.<\/strong><\/p>\n                <p>Thank you for your interest in the Farplas Graduate Development Program.
